Service Overview
Our company specializes in unblocking and cleaning central heating systems using a process known as PowDer Flush, along with related plumbing services.
Payment Options
- Standard Pricing (as displayed online): Payment is required regardless of the results.
- No Fix, No Fee Pricing: You will only be charged if we successfully restore your entire system to full working order.
Agreement Terms
- You must select and agree to the terms under which you want the service to be carried out before work begins.
- A service agreement must be signed in person on the day before we commence work.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- A detailed service agreement will be presented before work starts on the day of service.
- You will receive a digital copy of this agreement via email for your records.
- All customers consent to receiving documents, including legal ones, electronically.
Pricing and Discounts
- We may run promotional offers or discounts, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
- We do not offer special discounts for pensioners, cash payments, or any other reason.
- Prices are fixed, uniform across all locations, and do not vary based on payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your booking up to the day before the scheduled work at no charge.
- Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of our standard listed price.
Service Limitations
- We can replace TRVs or radiator valves if they obstruct our ability to perform the service, but we do not replace all valves in a system.
- We are able to replace 3-port and 2-port valves, heating pumps, and system pumps as required.
Booking Process and Confirmation
- Available booking slots can be found on our website under PowDer Flush Bookings.
- To confirm a booking, you must either enter the booking code sent by post or pay a £250 deposit.
- If an engineer has directly recommended you, we may confirm your booking without requiring a booking code.
- Once confirmed, you will receive an email and text message stating, "Your booking has been confirmed."
- A reminder text will be sent the day before your scheduled service. You can cancel or reschedule your booking using the links at the bottom of your confirmation email(s).
Effectiveness and Safety
- Our dissolvable powders and pellets effectively clean rust and sludge from central heating pipes.
- We have never caused damage to any system using our method.
- There is no risk to rubber or brass components in the heating system from our process.

Limitation of Liability
Liability Scope
- PowDer Flush Ltd. shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, system downtime, or financial losses arising from the performance of our service.
- We are not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing wear, aging, or faulty components in your heating system or property.
Exclusions
- This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by PowDer Flush Ltd. or its employees.
- Any pre-existing issues unrelated to our service are not covered by our liability.
Client Responsibilities
- The customer must ensure that the property is in a suitable state for the service to be conducted.
- The client must notify PowDer Flush Ltd. of any known weaknesses or potential vulnerabilities in their heating or drainage systems that could be affected.
- Clients must have adequate insurance coverage (such as home insurance) in place on the day of service.
Reporting and Resolving Claims
- Any damages must be reported within three working days of the service being completed or of the incident occurring. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of any claims.
- If an issue arises, PowDer Flush Ltd. will work with the client to find a fair and timely resolution.
